Maseelah Trading Co. (MTC), has won this prestigious award at the Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa (MMMEA) Conference held on 9th March in Dubai: Highest Customer Satisfaction Index performance and Net promote score in the entire Middle East and Africa for 2021.
In a survey conducted by Kantar TNS, a global market research agency, MTC achieved the first place in the customer experiment for the 4th consecutive year in a row with 90% in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and 72% in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This achievement attests to the company’s dedication to providing the highest levels of customer services, ensuring that its customers have an excellent experience at the Mitsubishi showrooms, service centers and parts stores.
The award received from MMMEA President Yutako Yano and General Manager – Aftersales marketing Peter Frangos.
The event held in Grand Sheraton – Distributor representatives from middle east and Africa were present.
